Unanimous Approval for China National Culture Group’s AGM Resolutions

China National Culture Group Limited (HK:0745) has released an update.

China National Culture Group Limited shareholders unanimously approved all proposed resolutions at the Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2024, with a 100% vote in favor for each resolution. The resolutions included the re-election of board members, authorization for the board to fix director remuneration, and the issuance of new shares and repurchase of existing shares. Notably, the resolution to re-appoint the Auditor was withdrawn prior to the vote.
