Ultrapar Participações S.A. announces changes in its corporate structure, with André Saleme Hachem leaving to become CFO at Hidrovias do Brasil, and Alexandre Palhares taking over as Director of Corporate Planning, Investor Relations and Treasury. Palhares brings experience from various financial roles at notable companies like Embraer and Eurofarma. Hachem will aid in the transition until the end of May.
