Ultra Lithium Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements and MD&A due to a late audit start caused by insufficient funds. The company secured loan financing to commence the audit and expects to complete the necessary filings by May 13, 2024, having received the required documents from Argentina. Ultra Lithium is complying with regulatory guidelines by issuing bi-weekly status reports during the management cease trade order period.
