Ultra Lithium Inc. has reported a delay in filing its annual financial statements and MD&A due to a lack of funds which impeded the year-end audit. The company has since secured loan financing, initiated the audit, and anticipates filing the required documents by April 29, 2024. Ultra Lithium is diligently working to resolve the issue and confirms no additional material changes or defaults have occurred since their last update.
