Ultimate Products PLC, known for leading homeware brands such as Salter and Beldray, has announced the purchase and cancellation of 16,970 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 140.44 pence each. Following the buyback, executed through Cavendish Securities plc, the company’s issued share capital now stands at 88,014,782 shares, a figure that shareholders can use to gauge their interest in the company. This move is part of a share buyback program initiated on 10 May 2024, reflecting the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its capital.
