The lease, running from July 3, 2024, to July 2, 2026, commits the tenant to a monthly rent with a basic or turnover-based rate, which collectively amounts to an approximate HK$3.9 million over the term. The transaction, which does not require shareholder approval, is deemed fair and in line with market rates, serving the interests of the company and its shareholders.
