Ukrproduct Group Ltd has announced the retirement of Jack Rowell, who served as Chairman for 19 years. The company expressed gratitude for his service and is now actively searching for a new independent Non-Executive Chairperson. In the interim, Sergey Evlanchik will assume the role of temporary Chairman.
