UK Oil & Gas PLC successfully raised approximately £248,204 through the conditional issuance of 496,408,000 new shares at 0.05 pence each to its existing retail shareholders. The fundraising is part of a separate Retail Offer and is subject to shareholder resolutions at a General Meeting, with the expectation that trading on the AIM market will commence around August 27, 2024. This capital raise is integral to the company’s expansion and investment strategy.
