UK Oil & Gas PLC has raised £500,000 through a share placement at a discount, aiming to repay a convertible loan and finance its hydrogen storage projects. The additional funds will also help the company secure further strategic partnerships and governmental revenue support. The shares will start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around July 18, 2024.
