UK Oil & Gas PLC has announced a new offering of Retail Offer Shares exclusively for its existing UK retail shareholders, alongside a separate placement of new shares. The offer, conducted via CMC CapX, allows shareholders to participate at a minimum subscription of £250, with the expectation that shares will be admitted to trading on the AIM market around August 27, 2024.
