UK Commercial Property REIT Limited (UKCM) and Tritax Big Box REIT plc (BBOX) have announced the successful passing of all resolutions regarding their proposed all-share combination, with nearly 95% of votes in favor. This move is aimed at reaping the benefits that the merger will bring, as per UKCM’s board. The combination is expected to be finalized by 16 May 2024, subject to court sanction and other closing conditions.
