UK Oil & Gas PLC successfully raised £55,537 through a Retail Offer, issuing 222,148,000 new shares at 0.025 pence each. This move, aimed at existing retail shareholders, is separate from the company’s recent Placing. The shares are set to commence trading on AIM on November 27, 2024, increasing total voting rights to over 13 billion.
