UIL Limited has announced a substantial financial gain for its investee, Zeta Resources Limited, which is set to receive around $41 million from a deal involving its largest holding, Koumbia Bauxite Investments Ltd. This windfall comes as a result of KBI’s exit from a commercialisation agreement with Alliance Mining Commodities Ltd, with payment expected within a week and aligning with Zeta’s recent valuation of KBI.
