UGE International Ltd. has announced that its securityholders have overwhelmingly approved a going private transaction, with 99.747% in favor of the arrangement with NOVA Infrastructure affiliate. The transaction is set to be completed by August 8, 2024, after which UGE’s common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. This strategic shift aims to streamline operations and enhance value for stakeholders.
