UG Healthcare Corp. Ltd. has increased its stake in the joint venture Health Focus Diagnostics Nigeria, with its subsidiary UNIGLOVES Nigeria now holding a 60% share after acquiring additional shares from a private investor. The total purchase consideration for the additional 900,000 shares was NGN 18 million. The joint venture, which is yet to commence operations, focuses on laboratory diagnostics, occupational health screening, and medical imaging services in Nigeria.
