Ucommune International Ltd has announced the termination of its Variable Interest Entity (VIE) agreements with Ucommune Venture and will deconsolidate the entity from its financial statements after 30 days from the notice issuance. Alongside this, the company is restructuring, continuing its workspace membership and marketing businesses under its consolidated financial statements, while disposing of certain non-core businesses.
