UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP LTD Class H (HK:9880) has released an update.

UBTECH Robotics Corp Ltd has successfully completed the placing of new H shares, raising approximately HK$407.73 million. The shares, placed at HK$86.18 each, were distributed among at least six independent investors, without any becoming substantial shareholders. The funds will be used for business development, operational purposes, and debt repayment.
