UBS Group Publishes 31 December 2025 Pillar 3 Risk and Capital Disclosure

ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN Class B ( (AMUB) ) has issued an announcement.

UBS Group AG, the Swiss-based global banking group designated as a systemically relevant bank, operates under the Basel III framework across UBS AG, UBS Switzerland AG, UBS Europe SE and UBS Americas Holding LLC, among other entities. Its activities span credit, market and operational risk-taking, and it must comply with enhanced Swiss and international prudential and disclosure rules that govern capital adequacy, leverage, liquidity and remuneration.

On 9 March 2026, UBS published its Pillar 3 Report as of 31 December 2025, detailing Basel III risk, capital, leverage and liquidity disclosures for the group and key regulated subsidiaries. The report reflects the full implementation from 1 January 2025 of revised Swiss regulations that embed the final Basel III standards, introducing new and updated disclosure tables on areas such as credit valuation adjustment and operational risk, which increases transparency for investors and regulators and clarifies UBS’s capital and risk profile under the new regime.
