Spirent Communications PLC has announced that UBS Group AG has increased its shareholding, crossing the notification threshold on August 7, 2024, with a total voting rights position now at 6.097%. The acquisition of additional voting rights, resulting in a total of 35,280,762 voting rights held, was officially reported to the issuer on August 9, 2024. This change reflects a significant shift in UBS Group AG’s stake in the company.
