TUI AG has announced that UBS Group AG has increased its stake in the company, now holding a total of 5.3% of the voting rights as of June 5, 2024. This is a notable increase from the previous notification where UBS Group AG held 4.76% of the voting rights. The change comes as a result of acquisitions and disposals of shares and financial instruments.
