On December 15, 2025, UBS Group AG announced changes to its Group Executive Board. Mike Dargan, the Group Chief Operations and Technology Officer, will step down at the end of December to pursue other opportunities. The Group Technology function will now report to Beatriz Martin, who will assume the role of Group Chief Operating Officer on January 1, 2026. Chris Gelvin will serve as interim Head of Group Technology. This restructuring aims to enhance operational efficiency and focus on technology and AI initiatives, continuing UBS’s strategic shift towards digitization.
