Ubique Minerals Ltd. and GreenBank Capital Inc. have partnered to acquire 100% ownership of the Stanhove mining tailings dump in Johannesburg from Clientque Investments Pty Ltd. The total transaction value is CAD $3,384,341, involving cash payments and convertible debentures, with additional payments contingent on gold production milestones. The deal is awaiting regulatory approvals and is expected to conclude within five business days after meeting all required conditions.
