Ubique Minerals Ltd. is expanding its stake in the mining sector by acquiring a majority share of Resource 500 V Limited, a company with mineral exploration interests in Namibia. The acquisition will increase Ubique’s shares from 533 to a controlling 99.66%. To finance the deal, Ubique will issue C$1.5 million in convertible debentures, adding a strategic asset to its portfolio.
