On May 9, 2025, U.S. Gold Corp. announced that it had benefited from the exercise of 1,864,668 warrants since January 31, 2025, generating approximately $7.3 million in gross proceeds. This exercise reduced the outstanding warrants by about 39%, leaving 2,923,444 warrants remaining. The additional funds will support the company’s planned activities, including completing a Feasibility Study and advancing its CK Gold Project in Southeast Wyoming. The cash infusion also provides opportunities to further develop the Keystone exploration property in Nevada and the Challis Gold Project in Idaho, enhancing U.S. Gold Corp.’s operational capabilities and market positioning.
