U.S. Gold Corp. Launches $4.9M Capital Raise

U.S. Gold Corp. (USAU) has released an update.

U.S. Gold Corp. has announced a registered direct offering and concurrent private placement transaction to raise approximately $4.9 million through the sale of 1.4 million common shares and equal warrants. The shares are priced at $3.50 each, while the warrants, exercisable in six months, have an exercise price of $4.48 per share. This capital raise is aimed at funding the company’s gold and copper exploration and development endeavors.
