Tyman plc (GB:TYMN) has released an update.
Tyman PLC has announced an improved final cash and share offer by Quanex Building Products Corporation, to be executed via a Scheme of Arrangement. The revised proposal includes a special dividend of 15 pence per share, in addition to the previously agreed terms. Shareholders of Tyman PLC have been advised to consider the offer’s revised terms, which aim to compensate for recent share price declines and unfavorable exchange rate movements.
