Two Harbors Announces Leadership Shift in Accounting Department

Two Harbors (TWO) has provided an update.

Two Harbors Investment Corp. has undergone a shift in its financial leadership, with Blake Johnson announcing his resignation as Acting Chief Accounting Officer, effective by October 25, 2024. He will remain to ensure a smooth transition. Subsequently, Jillian Halm has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer, bringing a wealth of experience from within the company and previous tenure at KPMG. This change comes with no new compensatory changes for Ms. Halm, who holds a solid educational background from the University of Wisconsin and has no disclosed conflicts of interest with the company’s management.
