With an impressive background, Bush brings her experience as Global Head of Media and Entertainment Partnerships at Creative Artists Agency and former leadership roles at Tandem and major entertainment companies. Recognized as an independent director, she will receive standard compensation, including cash retainers and restricted stock awards. Her appointment aligns with Turtle Beach’s governance standards and she is not involved in any undisclosed related-party transactions.
