Turtle Beach Board Member Wilson to Step Down

Turtle Beach (HEAR) has issued an announcement.

Michelle D. Wilson has decided not to seek re-election to the Turtle Beach Corporation Board at the upcoming Annual Meeting but will serve until her term ends. Her exit is not due to disagreements with the company, which has acknowledged her contributions. The Donerail Group, through a prior agreement, holds the right to nominate a successor to take her place on the Board and any committees she participated in. The selection process for this Replacement Director is set to take place after the Annual Meeting, in collaboration with Donerail, the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee, and the Board itself.
