Simultaneously, the company welcomed William Waddill as a new director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Waddill is a seasoned veteran in the biotech industry, with previous executive roles at various biopharmaceutical firms and board memberships, bringing extensive financial and sector-specific expertise to the role. Recognized for his independence under Nasdaq and SEC guidelines, Waddill will receive standard non-employee director compensation and has entered into the company’s customary indemnification agreement.
