Rmr Science Technologies ( (TSE:TTGI) ) just unveiled an update.

Turnium Technology Group Inc. has completed its acquisition of Insentra, a partner-only IT services firm founded in Australia, in a move that substantially expands TTGI’s global services platform and channel-focused business model. The deal lifts TTGI’s annualized revenue run-rate from about $7 million to roughly $30 million, broadens its workforce from 45 to over 150 technology specialists across North America, the U.K. and Australia, and strengthens its ability to deliver integrated solutions in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services while reinforcing its commitment to working exclusively through partners rather than competing with them.

Management framed the acquisition as a transformative step that gives TTGI a truly international footprint and a stronger foundation for future strategic deals aimed at building a global platform of specialised technology firms serving the IT channel. With Insentra’s highly regarded channel-only model now embedded into TTGI, the combined group expects to deepen its partner ecosystem, accelerate innovation, and enhance its positioning in the global IT services market, supported by improved revenue guidance and a return to positive adjusted EBITDA over the next 12 months.
