Turnium Technology Group Inc. has successfully completed the strategic acquisition of Claratti Pty Ltd, making Claratti a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal included issuing 40 million Class A Common shares at CAD$0.15 each to the vendors, which are subject to a staggered four-month contractual hold period. This move consolidates Turnium’s position in the software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) industry.
