Turmalina Metals Secures Deal for Peru Mining Project

Turmalina Metals Corp (TSE:TBX) has released an update.

Turmalina Metals Corp. has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to acquire a 100% interest in the Colquemayo Project in Peru through an Option Agreement with Compania De Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. The deal requires Turmalina to make a series of cash payments totaling US$1.56 million and commit to $6.2 million in exploration expenditures on the project.
