Turkcell Iletisim has announced its decision for its fully-owned subsidiary to issue lease certificates worth up to TRY 1.5 billion. The certificates will have a maturity of up to 12 months and will be issued in the domestic market, targeting institutional investors through private placements. This move is pending approval by the Capital Markets Board and is aimed at bolstering the company’s financial strategies.
