Turkcell Iletisim has finalized the sale of its Ukrainian subsidiaries Lifecell LLC, LLC Global Bilgi, and LLC Ukrtower to DVL Telecom, part of the NJJ Holding group, receiving USD 524.3 million on the closing date. The final sales value is subject to adjustments based on the subsidiaries’ net cash/debt positions. Turkcell will no longer hold shares in these entities, marking the end of its subsidiary relationship.
