Turbogen ( (IL:TURB) ) has shared an update.
Turbogen has announced a decrease in the holdings of convertible securities by its senior officeholder, Nir Ziv, who is a non-director and non-CEO senior staff member. This change was executed through a single transaction that reduced Ziv’s holdings from 7,326 to 6,105 restricted shares, reflecting a decrease in his holding rate from 36.83% to 32.69%. This adjustment in holdings may impact the company’s capital and voting power slightly, with the new rates standing at 0.09% for both, and 0.58% in full dilution. While the securities are not registered for trading, the change signifies a strategic shift in the company’s internal securities management.
