Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Chu Pui Ki Dickson as company secretary, effective 1 October 2024, with no disagreements reported. Ms. Guan Shuqi, with over 9 years of experience in corporate finance and multiple professional accounting qualifications, will take over the role from the same date. The company has expressed appreciation for Mr. Chu’s service and welcomed Ms. Guan to her new position.
