Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited has announced its upcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 26 August 2024 in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Shareholders will review and receive the audited financial statements, consider the declaration of a final dividend, and vote on key resolutions including the re-election of directors and the re-appointment of the company auditor.
