Tungsten Mining NL has successfully acquired the remaining 80% interest in the Hatches Creek Tungsten Project from GWR Group, thus securing full ownership of the project. This strategic move positions Tungsten Mining to capitalize on the robust tungsten market, with the project’s high-grade prospects indicating substantial growth potential. The acquisition deal involved issuing 107.5 million shares to GWR Group, increasing their stake in Tungsten Mining to nearly 20%.
