Tungsten Mining NL has announced a new proposal to issue 107,500,000 ordinary fully paid securities under the ASX code TGN, with a planned issue date of September 9, 2024. This move is aimed at raising new capital through a placement or other type of securities issue, details of which will be set out in accordance with ASX Listing Rules and subsequent formal documentation.
