Tuktu Resources Ltd., a Calgary-based junior oil and gas company, has successfully completed a $1.35 million brokered private placement and acquired oil assets in southern Alberta. The proceeds from the private placement will enhance working capital and fund development projects like well recompletions and workovers. Canaccord Genuity Corp. facilitated the transaction, earning a commission partially paid in cash and in company units.
