Tuan Sing Holdings Limited has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of the Fraser Residence River Promenade, a new mixed-use riverfront property in Singapore. This acquisition is set to bolster Tuan Sing’s hospitality business, complementing its existing assets in Melbourne and Perth and supporting its future offerings at the Opus Bay township development in Batam.
