TT International Limited, in its recent announcement, has informed stakeholders of the adjournment of the Scheme General Meeting, initially set for 12 April 2024, to a new date between 15 May and 31 May 2024. This shift in schedule has prompted the company to also postpone the court hearing for the extension and amendment of their New Scheme to 25 June 2024. The adjustments are made in light of the recent New Loan agreement and are aimed at seeking creditors’ approval for amendments to the financial restructuring plan.
