TT International Limited has successfully passed resolutions to adjourn the Scheme General Meeting initially set for 31 July 2024, seeking to extend the meeting deadline to a date before 31 August 2024. Following this, a subsequent meeting notice has been issued for 30 August 2024, aiming to approve a further adjournment to on or before 4 October 2024. The company continues to navigate its financial restructuring with these strategic extensions.
