TT Electronics, a global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, has announced the appointment of Inken Braunschmidt as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 July 2024. Braunschmidt, known for her expertise in innovation and technology management, will serve on several committees and is slated to eventually chair the Remuneration Committee. Her extensive experience includes roles at Halma plc and RWE AG, as well as involvement with James Fisher and Sons plc and Xaar plc.
