TT Electronics CFO Transfers Shares to Spouse

TT Electronics (GB:TTG) has released an update.

TT Electronics PLC has disclosed that Mark Hoad, the company’s CFO, has transferred 85,427 ordinary shares to his spouse, Tracy Hoad, at no cost. Following the transaction, Mark and Tracy Hoad hold 63,112 and 810,114 shares respectively. The transaction took place outside of trading venues and was reported in compliance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
