Tsodilo Resources Limited has completed a private placement financing, raising C$283,500 through the sale of 945,000 units at C$0.30 each, to fund their Xaudum Iron Formation project and general corporate activities. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant, which allows purchasing an additional share within 24 months. The company specializes in metal and diamond exploration in Botswana and is advancing its projects in the region.
