Tsodilo Resources Limited has announced a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising CDN $312,750 by offering over a million units at $0.30 each. The funds are earmarked for the advancement of the Xaudum Iron Formation project in Botswana and general corporate purposes. Each unit, subject to regulatory hold periods, will comprise a common share and a warrant, allowing the purchase of additional shares within a 24-month period.
