Tsodilo Resources Limited has announced a non-brokered private placement of 621,660 units at CDN $0.20 each to raise CDN $124,332. The funds will support the advancement of their Xaudum Iron Formation project in Botswana as well as general corporate purposes. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, with the latter allowing the holder to purchase additional shares at USD $0.20 within 24 months, subject to a four-month holding period and regulatory approvals.
