Tsingtao Brewery Declares Final Dividend

Tsingtao Brewery Co (HK:0168) has released an update.

Tsingtao Brewery Co has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid at HKD 2.19 per share given the exchange rate. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 4th to be entitled to the dividend, with payments being made on August 9th. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax.
